Terms & House Rules

1. Enquiries and booking

This website is for enquiries. A booking is confirmed by email after your enquiry. A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.

2. Prices

Prices start from €150 per night. The final price is confirmed in writing and may include a cleaning fee and the Neringa municipality local tourist levy where applicable. There are no hidden charges.

3. Cancellation

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accommodation booked for specific dates is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16). Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking.

4. House rules

• ·check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00;
• ·maximum 4 guests;
• ·no animals;
• ·please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours at night;
• ·the guest is responsible for any damage to the property.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. The accommodation is used at the guest’s own responsibility.
